4 Family Attractions That Are Within 10 Minutes of Our Pigeon Forge Hotel

There’s a lot to do in the Smokies! You want to go places that are fun for the whole family, but not be stuck traveling for an hour in heavy traffic just to do one thing, right? We know about some of the best family fun places in the Smokies, and it’s all near our Pigeon Forge hotel! Check out these fun attractions in Pigeon Forge you don’t want to miss:

1. The Old Mill

The Old Mill RestaurantThe Old Mill is a popular place to visit in Pigeon Forge. The Mill is a historic landmark and has a beautiful waterfall cascading beside it. You can dine at The Old Mill Restaurant on delicious, authentic Southern food. There’s shopping available in the General Store, or you can visit the charming boutique Sassafras, or grab an ice cream cone at The Old Mill Creamery. You and the kids can grab an ice cream, and then walk across the street to walk around Patriot Park. The Old Mill is less than 10 minutes from our Pigeon Forge hotel.

2. TopJump Trampoline Park

TopJump Trampoline Park is a great place near our Pigeon Forge hotel to let the kids go crazy and burn off some energy! Inside you’ll find an open jump area, and an air bag for trying out stunts. There’s also a basketball and dodgeball area that brings new life to the games! Top Jump has a unique Clip n Climb area with 21 unique climbing paths. For the younger children in the family there is a kid zone. They can still bounce around, play on slides, and in a ball-pit, but you won’t have to worry about any “big kids” getting too close. TopJump is one of the best attractions in Pigeon Forge for families!

3. The Island in Pigeon Forge

The Island in Pigeon Forge has hours worth of family fun! The Island is an easy drive from our Pigeon Forge hotel. You’ll find something for everyone here, shopping, dining, and other attractions. You can dine at restaurants like Mellow Mushroom or Paula Deen’s Restaurant. After you eat, you can burn off that food by shopping at the unique stores or exploring another attraction. Some favorite attractions at the Island are the Island Mirror Maze, the Alcatraz East Crime Museum, and more. Finally, your feet start to get tired, you can relax in front of the mesmerizing fountains that go along to the music and synchronized lights. You won’t want to miss out on these attraction in Pigeon Forge!

4. FunStop Family Action Park

FunStop has got a lot of stuff for families to enjoy together! Test your putt putt skills at their mini golf course. The course has a fantasy theme so you may run into some dragons, brave knights, pass through castles, and more. A second fun thing to do is racing on one of FunStop’s 4 race tracks! See who’s got the lead foot in the family, or who gets around with crashing the least! Just in case it’s raining, or if you just love arcade games visit the Big Top Arcade at FunStop! They have state-of-the-art games with everything from Skee-ball, racing games, Ice Ball, and so much more! Pull your wins together at the end of the day and maybe you can get a spectacular prize!
